What TraceBasis stores
- Account data such as email address and profile details
- Workspace data and membership context
- Uploaded source materials and related metadata
- Review records, reviewer notes, and follow-up content
- Support messages and technical logs needed to operate the service
Service providers
- Stripe processes payments
- Supabase handles auth, database, and storage
- Vercel hosts the app
- Resend / Supabase SMTP handles email delivery
- Gemini API supports AI-assisted review processing
Data handling boundaries
- TraceBasis does not sell customer data
- Workspace data is intended to remain scoped to authorized workspace access
- Users should not submit secrets, passwords, payment card data, or materials they are not authorized to process
