These terms describe the product boundary for TraceBasis and the responsibilities that apply when using the public site, account flows, billing, and workspace features.
Product scope
TraceBasis provides source-backed AI vendor review support for legal, procurement, security, privacy, risk, and AI governance teams.
TraceBasis is not legal advice.
TraceBasis is not a compliance determination.
TraceBasis does not approve, certify, or clear vendors.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for the vendor materials, notes, and other content they upload or paste into TraceBasis.
Do not upload secrets, passwords, payment card data, or materials you are not authorized to process.
Use TraceBasis only for review-support workflows your organization is authorized to run.
Billing and payments
Payments are handled by Stripe.
Workspace access is provisioned only after billing confirmation and any required webhook processing completes.
