Does account creation unlock the product?

No. Access requires a signed-in user, workspace membership, an allowed role, and an active or trialing billing status.

Does VeraCore approve or reject vendors?

No. VeraCore provides source-backed review support. Human reviewers make final decisions.

Can VeraCore review private vendor files?

The secure Vendor Source Library is planned after this public UI polish phase. For now, source notes and URLs support the review flow.

What should I include in a support request?

Include the page, browser, what you expected, what happened, and whether the issue affects billing, login, or review generation.
